Pavlos Pavlakis is a urologist specializing in robotic radical prostatectomy and other minimally invasive techniques for prostate cancer. He also has extensive experience in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder cancer. With over 15 years of experience in the field of urology, he has acquired expertise in a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotic radical prostatectomies and robotic radical cystectomies.

Today, he works as a urologist at Southend University Hospital, where he conducts clinical research and trains new colleagues in robotic surgery. He has worked in top hospitals in various countries, including the NHS in the United Kingdom, where he has performed multiple radical prostatectomies and radical cystectomy surgeries with urinary diversion.

Currently, he is a surgical trainer for younger urologists who wish to specialize in robotic surgery. He was the first robotic cystectomy surgeon at Southend Hospital, initiating this surgical program in 2021.

In addition, he maintains a private practice at Cromwell Hospital in London and also serves patients in Athens and Chania, offering personalized care to his patients.
